  • Global Operations Transformation: Led a 45-member cross-functional team to resolve legacy issues and standardize processes across logistics and supply chain functions globally.

  • Metrics Alignment: Enhanced customer experience by replacing outdated systems with scalable solutions, resulting in improved operational consistency and satisfaction metrics.

  • System Deployment: Directed the deployment of a shipping/management exception system, reducing delays, increasing efficiency, and improving client satisfaction.

  • Infrastructure Creation: Spearheaded the design and deployment of a unified PIM system across various enterprise channels, enhancing data quality and improving user experience.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Developed project structures, communication plans, and tools to ensure seamless adoption of the system by stakeholders. Facilitated user-acceptance testing to validate deployment success.
